Kindly read carefully the enclosed user's manual and instructions on the PIN mailer.
You will be receiving your Personal Identification Number (PIN) from your branch. On receipt of your PIN, memorize it and destroy the PIN mailer.
You can change your PIN from the customer portal of UCO Bank Pre-Paid Card or through IVR. Change the PIN to a new four-digit number of your choice.
Never use a PIN that could be easily guessed, e.g. your birthday or telephone number.
Please keep the Personal Identification Number (PIN) secret and do not disclose the PIN to anybody including a family member or your banker. In case the PIN is divulged, please change your PIN through the customer portal of UCO Bank Pre-paid card or IVR.
Giving your card and disclosing PIN to someone is like giving a blank signed cheque.
Beware of "Shoulder surfing", i.e. shield your PIN from onlookers by using your body. Once you complete your transaction, check to be sure that you have your Card and your receipt, and then leave immediately.
Never let anyone see you enter your PIN.
Please do not allow any other person to enter the ATM room. When you are transacting on the ATM and similarly please wait outside the ATM room if anybody is already inside.
Please keep a separate note of your card number. These particular will be necessary for blocking the card in case of loss of the card.

1. What is the activation time period?After receiving funds from purchaser, Bank will issue and activate the card within 24 hrs. Thereafter, the card can be used at any merchant location or internet for shopping.
2. Where can I use the card?UCO Bank Suvidha ℮ Prepaid Card can be used at any merchant establishments having a PoS device or with Ecom transactions facility throughout India. Moreover, this, it can be used to withdraw cash even from ATMs.
3. Whether the card can be used for International transactions?No. This card can be used only for Domestic transactions.
4. Whether this card is reloadable?UCO Bank Suvidha ℮ Prepaid Card is a general purpose reloadable card, can be reloaded from branch.

6. What is the Process of reissuance of prepaid cards for Lost/Damage/Expired cards?a) In case of Loss/Damage/Expiry of the card and if there is balance available in the card, the original Purchaser of the card may give a written request and claim the balance amount at the branch where the card was initially purchased.
b) Branch will verify the balance available in the old Lost/Damaged/Expired card through the portal and issue a replacement card.
c) The branch will issue a replacement card with PIN mailer.
