Periodic updation of KYC(ReKYC)

Dear Customer(s)

You are our valued customer and we honour your trust always. As per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines on KYC norms, Bank need to periodically update KYC of all account holders at a specific interval.

As per the last KYC documents submitted in your account ID, your ID has become due for submission of Re-KYC documents.

You may submit the KYC documents as per below mentioned methodology

  • If there is no change in earlier submitted KYC documents:
    • Send a SMS “REKYC(Space)SAME(Space)DOB(DD/MM/YYYY)” from your registered mobile number to 09222200799
      For Example: REKYC SAME 21/05/1969
      On successful of your message you will get return SMS and there will be no need to submit any further document. On unsuccessful of SMS, you will be guided further.
    • You may submit declaration of no change (Annexure -1 & 4 ) in KYC through Email (branch address)/Courier/Post / visit nearest or Home Branch.
  • (Note: Annexure-4 is applicable for other than Individual Customers only)
  • If there is change in earlier submitted KYC documents:
    • Individual Customers: Submit declaration of change in (Annexure-2) address along with Proof of address and change in (Annexure -3) KYC along with latest OVD through Email (branch address)/Courier/Post /visit nearest or Home Branch.
    • Non-Individual/ Legal Entity Customers for any change: Submit the latest documents (Required as new account opening procedure of Current Accounts or to be treated a deemed new account) through Email (branch address)/Courier/Post /visit nearest or Home Branch.

Kindly note that, if KYC (Re-KYC) is not updated by you, Bank may opt to debit freeze your account.
