How to apply:- Through Whatsapp or Visit your Branch.
- After receiving your card, please sign immediately on the signature panel on the reverse of your card to prevent any misuse.
- You will be receiving your Personal Identification Number (PIN) from your branch. On receipt of your PIN, Use your new card on an ATM immediately to change the system generated PIN to a new four digit number of your choice, memorize it and destroy the PIN mailer.
- Never use a PIN that could be easily guessed, e.g. your birthday or telephone number.
- Please keep a separate note of your card number and associated account number. These particulars will be necessary for blocking the card in case of loss of the card.
- As the UCO Bank Debit card is EMV Card (Chip based) which could be dipped instead of being swiped at POS Machines.
- Cardholder(s) to change PIN of Debit Card on regular basis (at least once in 180 days) as security precaution.
- By Default all debit card International Usage will be disabled. It is responsibility of card holders to enable International usage of debit card before using internationally.
- Customer has to use debit card at least once at ATM before using for Online transaction.
- Customer has to use debit card at least once at ATM in India before using it Internationally.
- Always remember to update your email and mobile numbers with UCO BANK to get important updates & alerts.
Bank’s Debit card holder can generate new PIN for their UCO Debit Card by using one of the following facilities –
Green PIN option at UCO BANK ATMs
The Green PIN functionality is available at UCO Bank’s ATMs for all variant of ATM/Debit Cards.
In this context:
- The Green PIN option is available on the left bottom side of Language selection screen of UCO Bank ATM.
- GREEN PIN generation can be done for both Active and Inactive card. (On successful green pin generation, Inactive card will be activated automatically.)
- The Green PIN functionality can be availed through UCO Bank ATMs only.
- For availing Green PIN functionality- Mobile Number has to be registered with Bank.
Generate Green PIN through Website
Debit card holder can generate new PIN through UCO Bank Website.
In this context:
- GREEN PIN generation can be done for both Active and Inactive cards. (On successful green pin generation, Inactive card will be activated automatically.)
- Below mentioned restriction will be applicable when PIN generation through UCO Bank Website is done.
- Only one transaction through ATM or POS will be allowed with maximum amount of Rs. 10,000/-.
- E-COMMERCE transaction not be allowed.
The above restriction will be applicable till next day 11:59 PM (Night) from the Green PIN generation time. After that customer can do any transaction using his/her debit card.
For availing Green PIN functionality through UCO Bank Website- Mobile Number has to be registered with Bank.

Green PIN generation through UCO M-BankingApp
For the convenience of our customers, UCO Bank has introduced the facility of GREEN PIN generation using UCO Mobile Banking application i.e. UCO M-Banking Plus app.
In this context:
- Registered m-Banking user will log in to UCO M-Banking plus app and select the option Manage Cards in Home Screen --> Green PIN Generation. Then customer need to select account number from dropdown and click on Proceed.
- App will show debit cards linked to the selected account.
- Customer to click on “Generate Green PIN” option. In case of multiple debit cards linked to a single account, customer need to choose the debit card for which Green PIN generation to be done.
- Customer to enter complete debit card number and expiry date for validation.
- On successful validation, customer to enter four-digit new Debit card PIN as per his/her choice and click on confirm.
- Customer to enter OTP received on registered mobile number, enter TPIN and click on submit.
- On successful change of new Debit Card PIN, system will display message to the customer and SMS will be sent on registered mobile number.
- If customer is generating Green PIN using Inactive Debit card, then it will be activated automatically.
SEND SMS
- “HOT” to 9230192301 to hot-list all cards attached with mobile no by which SMS is being sent will be hot- listed.
- “HOT” to 9230192301 to hot-list the specific card no mentioned by last 4 digits.
- “HOT”<14 digit account no.> to 9230192301 to hot-list all cards linked to given account no will be hot-listed.
- Any customer can contact Bank’s customer care either by dialing toll free no 1800-103-0123 or by e-mailing uco.custcare@ucobank.co.in for hot-listing of debit card at any point of time..
- Customer can disable Card Transaction features using ‘UCO SECURE’ App of Bank. ‘UCO SECURE’ App can be downloaded from play store or it can be accessed through pre login page of ‘UCO Mobile’ App.

Usage of UCO Bank Debit Card should be strictly in accordance with the Exchange Control Regulations. The responsibility of adhering to FEMA / other Forex regulations/guidelines while using debit card globally is on the cardholder.
Any violation of the above attracts action under FEMA guidelines at the instance of Reserve Bank of India or UCO Bank
Undertaking Form- Bank will never ask User Id/ Password/ Personal details by e-Mail/ SMS/ Phone.
- Do not respond to such fraudulent e-Mails/ SMS/ Phones.
- For entering Debit Card Pin only use Virtual Keyboard at websites.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: -
The following words and expressions shall have the corresponding meanings wherever appropriate.
- Bank means UCO Bank, Card means UCO Debit Card issued to the Customer, ATM means Automated Teller Machine. UCO Debit Card means Card issued by the Bank for operating at any UCO enabled ATM/NFS enabled Point of Sales. Card Holder means authorized holder of UCO Debit Card and PIN means Personal Identification Number, POS means Point of Sales.
- The card is property of the Bank and will be returned unconditionally and immediately to the Bank upon request by the Bank.
- The Bank reserves the right to cancel the Card and stop its operations unilaterally. The Card is not transferable.
- It is mandatory to change pre-printed ATM PIN at first time usage of the card at any of the Bank ATM.
- The Card Holder will be given a PIN which will enable him to access ATM services or Customer can use ‘GREEN PIN’ option at UCO bank ATM for PIN generation. He may change the PIN any time he wishes to do so.
- The Card should remain in the Card Holder's possession and should not be handed over to anyone else.
- The PIN should remain a secret known only to the Card Holder. Any person other than the Card Holder himself can unauthorized gain access to the ATM services if he gains possession of the Card and PIN. The Card is issued on the condition that the Bank bears no liability for unauthorised use of the Card. The responsibility is fully that of the Card Holder.
- The Card Holder should immediately notify the Branch if the Card is lost / stolen or the PIN is forgotten or accidentally divulged. Any financial loss arising out of unauthorized use of the Card, till such time the Bank receives notice of the loss of Card, will be to the Card Holder's account.
- Fresh Card will be issued in replacement of the lost Card upon request for the Card Holder.
- The Bank has the express authority to debit the Designated Account for all withdrawals / transfers effected using the Card as evidence by Bank's records which will be conclusive and binding on the Card Holder.
- The Card Holder expressly authorizes the Bank to Debit the Designated Account with service charges as stipulated by the Bank from time to time for the Use of the Card at any point of Sales /ATM of other Banks including UCO Bank's own ATM.
- The Bank Debit card is a PIN based ATM card and will prompt for ATM PIN at POS terminals.
- The transaction record generated by the ATM/Point of Sales will be conclusive and binding unless verified other-wise and corrected by the Bank. The verified and corrected and amount will be binding on the Card Holder. It will be verified by two officials of the Bank and their account will be deemed to be correct. Errors, if any, will be notified to the Card Holder.
- Enquiries about Card transactions will be attended to by the Bank only on production of the transaction record.
- The Card Holder wishing to close the Designated Account or surrender UCO Debit Card, will give the Bank notice in writing and also return the Card together with the notice.
- The Card & PIN will be issued in the name stated in the Application form.
- The Bank at its absolute discretion may amend the Terms & Conditions governing the UCO Debit Card series.
- The Brochure supplied with card contains inter alia information on the range of services, service charges and procedure for notifying the lost/ stolen card. Changes/modifications in service charges from time to time shall be intimated to the card holder/upload in the Bank, website and the same shall be levied accordingly.
- Availing of this card is own and sole responsibility of the card holder to utilise its services on the laid down terms and Conditions.
- Card holder to indemnify and undertake to keep the Bank harmless from any damages to the Bank.
- Use of the Card will imply acceptance of the terms and conditions.
